Ordering Terms & Conditions
- All orders must be prepaid. Enclose a personal check, credit card information, or have a purchase order number.
- If you are not sure how much your order will be, or if you have any other questions, call us at 651-649-5454 or 800-311-3143.
- You can fax your order to us at 651-649-5409. Please be sure to use the catalog number or give a detailed description of the item you are ordering. For accuracy, phone orders are not allowed. We need a hard copy of your order to make sure that you receive the items you want.
- All orders are shipped UPS, on Monday, Wednesday and Friday. UPS ground orders take two to three days to arrive. All out-of-state orders take about 3-5 days. If you need your order right away, Next Day and Second Day delivery is available for an extra charge.
- You can also come in and pick up your order. Your order must be picked up by 4:00 p.m.
- If you do not receive your order within 3-5 days, this usually means the item you want is out of stock at the moment. If you have a question about what kind of cards or materials you may need, call Gayle at 651-649-5454 or 800-311-3143.
- NOTE: UPS does not deliver to Post Office boxes. If you have a large order, we need a street address if you want your package to be shipped via UPS. Packages sent US mail cannot be tracked, so if they are lost in the mail, they're lost forever.
